Please read these terms carefully before using the h baja platform. This document covers all the rules around account creation, payments, user responsibilities, and general platform use. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing the h baja website or mobile platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between h baja and the user. By completing registration, you are deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms apply exclusively to adults — only individuals aged 18 or above in Bangladesh may register and participate on the h baja platform. h baja reserves the right to immediately terminate any account registered on behalf of a minor. If a user provides false information regarding their age, all deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited. We reserve the right to verify the age of any user and may suspend an account where there is reasonable doubt.

Account Creation & Security
To create an account on h baja, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and an email address. Each user is permitted only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. After registration, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which may involve submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. Providing inaccurate information may result in withheld withdrawals and account suspension. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your login credentials with any third party, and we strongly recommend changing your password regularly. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact the h baja support team immediately and update your password. h baja is not liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized access, though we will assist with the investigation. Enabling two-step verification significantly strengthens your account security.

User Responsibilities
All users of the h baja platform are expected to act honestly and responsibly. Any attempt at fraud, cheating, bot usage, or system manipulation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. If you discover a technical vulnerability on the platform, you must report it to us immediately — exploiting it in any way is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that all funds and information you use come from legitimate sources. Using h baja for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly forbidden.
Every member is responsible for treating other users with respect. Harassment, threats, or abusive language are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Users may not use any information obtained through the platform for commercial purposes. All betting decisions made from your account are entirely your own, and h baja accepts no responsibility for their outcomes. We encourage everyone to game responsibly and within their personal budget.
Platform Rules of Use
All games, bets, and services available on the h baja platform are intended solely for entertainment purposes and are strictly for adults. Automated scraping of any content, data, or software from the platform is strictly prohibited. Users may log in from multiple devices simultaneously, but sessions may be terminated if unusual activity is detected. In the event of any dispute over a betting outcome, h baja's technical records shall be considered final. If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, server disruption, or loss of internet connectivity on the platform's end, h baja reserves the right to review and reconsider that bet. We are not liable for losses caused by issues with a user's own device or internet connection. h baja reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue any game or service at any time without notice. Platform access may be temporarily restricted during maintenance periods, and this will not constitute a breach of service. Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All financial transactions on h baja are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For deposits, we support multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved banking channels. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits are clearly stated on the payments page and may change from time to time. Once a deposit is approved, it typically takes a few minutes to reflect in your balance, though in some cases it may take longer. For any deposit-related issues, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal processing typically takes 1 to 5 business days, though additional verification may extend this timeline. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met, as specified in each bonus's terms. h baja reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for verification in cases of suspicious transactions. We are committed to complying with anti-money laundering laws, and any suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
When making a deposit, only use payment methods registered in your own name. Payments made through third parties are prohibited and may result in account termination.
Limitation of Liability
Every user participating on the h baja platform does so voluntarily and at their own risk. h baja is not directly liable for any financial losses resulting from gaming or betting, and no claims in this regard will be entertained. In the event of losses caused by technical faults, server downtime, or third-party service failures, h baja's liability is limited and will only be considered where direct, demonstrable loss is established. h baja is not responsible for any betting disruption caused by a user's internet connection issues, device faults, or third-party applications. h baja reserves the right to limit its liability to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
H baja will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In any claim or dispute, h baja's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount deposited by the relevant user in the preceding 30 days. h baja is not obligated to provide compensation if services are disrupted due to events outside the platform's control, such as cyberattacks or government-imposed restrictions. By registering on the platform, users agree to these terms and are deemed to be fully aware of this limitation of liability.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
H baja reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice. This may occur if a user provides false information, operates multiple accounts, engages in fraudulent activity, or breaches any other provision of these Terms. Once an account is suspended, the user will be unable to access their balance or bonuses, and any pending withdrawals will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the user is found to be in the clear, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate balance will be returned. Cooperating throughout the investigation will help speed up the process.
Users may also request account closure at any time. It is strongly recommended that you withdraw all available balances before submitting a closure request, as withdrawals from a closed account can be complicated. As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, users may also apply for self-exclusion for a defined period, which takes effect immediately. Intellectual Property
All content on the h baja platform — including logos, graphics, text, software code, designs, animations, and databases — is fully protected under the intellectual property rights of h baja or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes requires prior written permission. Unauthorized use of h baja's logos or trademarks may result in legal action. The intellectual property policies of any third-party software providers operating games on the platform also apply.
By uploading or submitting any content to the platform, users grant h baja a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. If you have a complaint regarding intellectual property infringement by h baja, please notify our support team in writing and we will take prompt action. h baja reserves the right to remove any content if a third-party intellectual property infringement claim is raised.
Third-Party Links & Services
Some games and services on the h baja platform may be operated by third-party providers. These services may have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, and it is the user's responsibility to read them before use. h baja is not directly liable for the quality, reliability, or performance of third-party game software, though we endeavor to work only with reputable providers. Following any external links displayed on the platform is entirely at the user's own discretion, and h baja is not responsible for the content or security of those destinations. h baja is not obligated to provide financial compensation if a third-party service fails, but we will make every effort to assist in resolving the issue.
Payment gateway services are operated by third parties, and h baja is not directly liable for their processing times, fees, or limitations. If a transaction is incomplete due to a third-party payment provider failure, h baja will assist with the investigation. If a game result is affected by an error or disruption on a game provider's server, the issue will be resolved in accordance with that provider's policies. Any complaints regarding third-party services can be raised through the h baja support team, and we will do our best to mediate.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
H baja reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered automatic acceptance of those changes. The date of each revision will be noted at the top of the Terms page, so we recommend checking this page regularly. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may stop using the platform or submit a request to close your account.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be referred to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh for resolution. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion before initiating legal proceedings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
